Every Saturday | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Entry: $10 per player

Gather your legends, shuffle up your 100-card deck, and jump into the most beloved multiplayer format in Magic: The Gathering! Our Weekly Commander Casual event is all about fun, fair play, and big splashy spells — perfect for experienced players and newcomers alike.

This isn’t a cutthroat tournament — it’s a laid-back Commander experience with some light structure and prize support to make things exciting!

📋 Event Structure:

• Format: Commander / EDH – multiplayer pods (3–4 players each)

• Bracket 2/3

• Casual rules enforcement – Rule 0 discussions encouraged

• 3 total rounds – new pod each round

• Players earn points for wins, fun plays, cool combos, and sportsmanship

• Staff will track performance across rounds to distribute prizing

• Start time: 2:00 PM sharp – sign-ups open at 1:30 PM

🏆 Prize Support:

• $10 entry – 100% goes into prize pool, with fair scaling

• Example prize distribution (based on 12 players):

  • 🃏 2–3 “Top Table” players receive $10–15 store credit

  • 🎲 Random prize giveaway for a lucky participant ($5–10 store credit or promo pack)

🪙 All players will receive promo cards or participation rewards when available.

💡 Prize support scales with attendance and prioritizes fun, not just wins.

📝 Proxy Policy (Per WOTC Guidelines):

As a casual, unsanctioned in-store event, we allow proxies to support accessibility and creativity, especially for testing and budget-conscious players. Our rules:

• Must be printed, legible, and clearly represent actual Magic cards

• No scribbled lands or blank cards

• Proxies must maintain clarity of gameplay

We want everyone to feel welcome and able to join in!
