🧢 Saturday Kids’ Pokémon TCG Tournament – Learn, Battle, Have Fun! ⚡
Every Saturday | 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Entry: $5 per player
Ages: Recommended for players 7–13 (but flexible for younger players based on skill/interest)

Calling all young Trainers! Join us every Saturday afternoon for our Kids’ Pokémon TCG Tournament, a casual and exciting event designed just for younger players. Whether it’s your first tournament or you’re already a Gym Leader at home, this is a great place to learn, grow, and have fun.

Our goal: fun-first, friendly competition with light structure, gentle rules enforcement, and lots of encouragement!

📋 Tournament Structure:

• Format: Standard Constructed (with casual flexibility)

• 3 Swiss-style rounds – each round is 30 minutes

• Best of 3

• No top cut – everyone plays the full event

• Deck help and friendly rules support available

• Parental supervision is welcome (and encouraged for younger players)

• Start time: 12:00 PM sharp (please arrive by 11:45 to register)

🏆 Prize Support:

• $5 Entry – Prizes scaled for fun and fairness

• Top 2–4 players (based on attendance) receive:

  • 🥇 1st Place: $10 store credit or prize pack bundle

  • 🥈 2nd Place: $5 store credit or prize

  • 🎲 Random prize giveaways for effort, sportsmanship, or cool deck themes!

Prize structure ensures rewarding top finishers while making it fun and keeping it sustainable for the store.

📄 Proxy Policy (For Casual/Non-Sanctioned Play):

To keep things fun and accessible, we allow a reasonable number of proxies (up to 5 per deck) under the following guidelines:

• Nothing overpowered and only 1 of each card

• Proxies must be clear, printed or neatly written

• Must include card name, energy type, and attack details

• No random filler cards or card backs with pen scribbles

• All proxies must represent real, legal Pokémon cards

This makes it easier for kids to try new decks and learn the game without needing every single card.
