In sealed format, players open booster packs and build a deck using only the cards they open. Special sealed rules apply, allowing for greater flexibility than standard constructed play.

📦 Product & Materials Provided

Each player will receive:

• 6 packs of The Azure Sea’s Seven [OP14-EB04] to build their deck

• 1 P-096 Girl Participation Promo Card

• 1 Rainbow Luffy 6-Color Leader Card (used as your Leader for the tournament)

• 1 The Azure Sea’s Seven [OP14-EB04] Tournament Release Event Pack

• 1 Welcome Pack

🔹 Leader Rule:
Six-color Leader cards will be provided by the store. Players may not bring their own Leader cards for this event.

🔹 DON!! Cards Requirement:
Players must bring their own 10 DON!! cards. The store has limited inventory of DON!! cards and will provide DON!! cards only as needed (subject to availability).

🧩 Deck Construction Rules

After opening packs, players construct:

• 40-card main deck
• 10-card DON!! deck

Special sealed deckbuilding rules:

• No deck color restrictions based on your Leader
• No banned or restricted cards
• No copy limits — you may include more than 4 copies of a card if opened
• All unused cards become your sideboard

🔄 Sideboards

Cards not included in your main deck are treated as your sideboard.
Between games, players may exchange any number of cards between deck and sideboard, as long as the deck remains at a legal 40 cards.

⚔️ Tournament Structure & Rounds

• Swiss format
• Deckbuilding: 50 minutes
• Rounds: 30 minutes + 5 minutes overtime
• Rounds will continue until only one undefeated player remains
• Players are paired each round against opponents with similar records

📜 Special Sealed Rules (Important)

• Deck color restrictions tied to Leaders are ignored in sealed format
• All other card text and restrictions apply as written

Examples:

• Donquixote Doflamingo (OP01-060): His effect can only search for [The Seven Warlords of the Sea] characters
• Crocodile (OP01-067): His cost-reduction ability applies only to Blue Event cards, not other colors

All cards opened during the event are yours to keep.
